Using the site
QuizSpark is a free trivia website for entertainment. You can play any quiz without an account. You agree not to disrupt the site, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or use it to break the law.
Content and accuracy
The quizzes are for fun and recall, not for research, exams, or settling a bet that involves money. We work to keep answers correct, but trivia facts can change or be disputed, and some questions come from a third-party database. We do not promise that every answer is current or error-free. If you find a mistake, the contact page is the way to flag it.
Third-party sources
Some questions come from the Open Trivia Database and are used under its open license. Show titles, song names, character names, and brand names belong to their respective owners and appear here only to describe the trivia. QuizSpark is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the properties referenced in its questions. Intellectual property
The hand-curated questions, the site design, and the editorial writing are ours. You are welcome to share links to quizzes. You may not republish the question sets as your own or pass off the site as your product.
No warranty
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, QuizSpark is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including any reliance on the accuracy of a trivia answer.

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
